She spent the first decade of her career as a research analyst and junior proprietary trader for emerging market corporate debt, US high yield, convertible bonds and US equities. Josephine has been in the investment industry since 1995. Josephine earned an MLitt in political economy from the University of Oxford and a master's degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.
