Prior to that, she held roles at UBS, Alliance Trust and Martin Currie. She has been in the industry since 1999 and started with the firm in 2021. Claire graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Astrophysics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a CFA Charterholder.

He also leads the team responsible for building and maintaining the Kames equity investment screen, which provides inputs into the investment process across our equity strategies. Neil joined us in 2012 from LV Asset Management where he was Head of Investment Risk. Prior to that, he worked for WestLB Mellon Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management in various risk-management roles.
