| السيرة الذاتية | Sebastian is the Head of Multi-Asset and Fixed Income for Australia. He leads investment decision making for Schroders’ Australian Multi-Asset and Fixed Income portfolios and is the portfolio manager of the Schroder Real Return Fund strategies and the Global Total Return Fund. His responsibilities include the development of the investment process and strategy across the team’s product set, and co-ordinating the research and implementation functions of the team. He’s a member of several local strategy research groups including equities, credit and cycle. In addition, he contributes to the global Schroders Multi-Asset Investment Group (SIGMA) research platform as a member of the equity risk premium group. Sebastian has over 17 years’ experience in portfolio management and has been managing multi-asset portfolios for over 14 years. Prior to joining Schroders in February 2019, he worked for Nikko Asset Management in both Singapore and Sydney, as well as Challenger Limited in Sydney. Sebastian holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Australia as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bath in the UK. | ||

| السيرة الذاتية | Simon is a senior portfolio manager within the global Multi-Asset team and has specific responsibility for Schroder’s Australian Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Investment capability managing over USD 10 billion in assets. Simon has over 30 years of industry experience joining Schroders in 2003 as Head of Strategy, before assuming overall responsibility for the Australian Multi-Asset capability in 2004. Simon was instrumental in developing Schroders “objective based” investment capability, launching the highly successful Schroder Real Return (CPI+5%) Fund in 2008. In 2016, Simon and his team launched the SISF Global Target Return Fund which uses the same investment process as the long standing Australian strategy but with an objective of achieving returns above USD cash. Simon is the lead portfolio manager for both strategies. Simon has 35 years’ investment management experience, having started his career at AMP before moving to Schroders in 2003 where he has held the roles of Head of Strategy, and Head of Fixed Income and Multi-Asset which also included responsibility for Schroders’ Australian Fixed Income and Private Debt capabilities. Simon is regarded as one of the leading multi-asset investors globally and is widely recognised as an innovator and thought leader, particularly within the absolute return and objective-based style of multi-asset investing. | ||

His previous roles include Head of Research at Investa Property Group, Portfolio Manager and Economic Strategist at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Economist for Macquarie Investment Management, Senior Economist at Tactical Global Management (TGM) and Assistant Economist at Schroders in the mid 1990's. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Griffith University and was awarded the University Medal. | ||
