Mr. Brown earned a Master of Science in business analytics from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In this role, Mr. Bliss was responsible for overseeing a team of portfolio managers managing domestic, developed international and emerging markets index strategies. Prior to BlackRock, he worked as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for Harris Bretall and before that, as a research analyst for JP Morgan. Mr. Bliss earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
