Prior to joining the company, Alasdair worked at BP plc in a rotation of commercial roles. Alasdair has a first class honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Tammie started her career at PwC, Sydney. She was a consultant working on actuarial premium and liability estimates for insurers. Tammie then joined JPMorgan, New York, where she structured and traded rates and fixed income products for insurance clients and asset managers. Tammie has also worked on solvency 2 projects with Pembroke, a Lloyds agency. Tammie is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia. She has a Master of Statistics and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
